IBAP Membership Application

Types of Membership

1.Ordinary Member: Refers to legal entities (juristic persons) duly registered under the law, engaged in the production or distribution of biomass, biochar, and other carbon-based materials, or in carbon credits.
2.Associate Member: Refers to individuals (natural persons) or legal entities duly registered under the law, operating in the agricultural or industrial sectors in alignment with sustainable practices, the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy, or related supply chain management.
3.Honorary Member: Refers to individuals recognized by the Board of Directors as distinguished experts.

Note: All Ordinary Member and Associate Member whether an individual or a legal entity must operate a legally registered business.

Membership Qualifications

Individuals:
(1) Must be of legal age.
(2) Must not be a bankrupt person, or a person adjudged incompetent or quasi-incompetent.
(3) Must not have been sentenced by a final judgment to imprisonment, except for petty offenses, offenses with penalties not exceeding petty offenses, or offenses committed through negligence.
(4) Must not suffer from any socially undesirable diseases.
(5) Must possess a reasonably stable financial status.
(6) Must possess good conduct and character.

Juristic Persons (legal entities):
   (1) Must not be a bankrupt entity.
   (2) Must possess stable financial and accounting status.
(3) Apply qualifications of Individuals to any authorized representative appointed to act on behalf of Legal Entities.

Application Process

1. Submit the Application Form: Fill out the online application via Google Form and attach your identity verification documents.
2. Review & Approval: Wait for the application review and approval. You will receive an email approval.
3. Confirmation: Receive your official membership certificate via email.
